Evidence hierarchy
- Current official program rules, handbooks, portals, and published notices are the primary source for scholarship policy.
- Supplier or provider pages can support identity, specification, price, or availability, but do not prove program approval by themselves.
- Easy Homeschool editorial interpretation must link back to its evidence and never replace the official decision-maker.
What every governed claim needs
- Program and geography scope.
- School year or effective period when applicable.
- Source role, publication or review date, and a working official handoff.
- An explicit unknown or escalation path when the evidence does not support a conclusion.
Corrections and withdrawal
Visitors can submit an anonymous factual catalog correction from an item detail without personal data. A complete support case workflow will add triage, ownership, status, resolution, and links to the resulting source or catalog change.
Unsupported, conflicting, or expired claims should fail closed: the product must show uncertainty, request official verification, or withdraw the claim.
Commercial separation
Payment, sponsorship, or a business profile cannot change organic eligibility guidance or evidence ranking. Sponsored surfaces must be labeled and measured separately.
