Our once-a-week, 1 hour Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes go beyond the basics of fitness. Each session includes a BJJ workout, structured drill repetition, and practical Jiu Jitsu and self-defense training tailored to mature children age 7 & up. Classes are taught by our lead instructors Professor Paulo De Oliveira and Coach Ashley De Oliveira who combined have over 20 years experience as educators. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a sport like no other. It instills strength, discipline, self-respect, as well as resilience and critical thinking—qualities that empower kids to face challenges both on the mats and in life.
