Our school offer Brazilian jiujitsu classes for kids and adults, starting 2 years old. We use Brazilian jiujitsu as a tool to teach them how to defend themselves and at the same time improve their athletic performance and overall health. We believe that training is physical and mental, so we dedicate to build strong mind sets that can be helpful inside and outside the training mats. We are a Christian based school, so we work hard to make sure everything we do in our classes always honor God first, we know everything is in vain if we don't do it for his glory.
