Our practice offers: School physical examinations Sports physicals, including electrocardiograms (EKGs) when indicated Primary care services for pediatric and adolescent patients Evaluation and management of acute and chronic medical conditions Preventive healthcare and wellness services Coordination of care and referrals to specialists or additional healthcare services when medically necessary As a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner practice, we are qualified to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage the healthcare needs of students while ensuring continuity of care. Our office is committed to supporting the health and academic success of students by providing accessible, patient-centered medical services. Now enrolling- Future Health Care Provider Academy - Future Healthcare Professionals Academy is a healthcare career exploration and wellness education program designed for homeschool and private school students interested in learning about healthcare professions and developing real-world skills. Students are introduced to a variety of healthcare career pathways including nursing, medicine, physician assistant studies, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, medical assisting, and other allied health professions.
