As a certified Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) Instructor, I provide specialized survival swim instruction designed to equip infants and young children with critical aquatic survival skills. My mission is to ensure water safety and drowning prevention through individualized, developmentally appropriate lessons. Services Offered ISR Self-Rescue® Lessons Tailored survival swim lessons for infants (6 months and older) and young children up to 6 years. Children learn to roll onto their backs and float, or swim-float-swim sequences depending on age and development. 10-minute one-on-one sessions, 5 days a week, typically over a 6-week period. Refresher Courses: Annual or seasonal refresher lessons to reinforce and adapt skills as children grow. Parent Education & Water Safety Resources: Provide education for parents and caregivers about water safety, aquatic supervision, and emergency preparedness. Community Outreach: Collaborate with local schools, pediatricians, and community organizations to raise awareness about drowning prevention. Target Population: Infants (6 months to 12 months) Teaching survival floating for pre-walking children who can sit independently. Toddlers (1–3 years) Focused on swim-float-swim sequences for mobile toddlers. Young Children (3–6 years) Advanced ISR techniques incorporating more complex swimming skills and problem-solving in aquatic environments.
