Technique Prep Lab (TPL) is a training facility in St. Augustine dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the field. We specialize in position-specific football training for Defensive Backs, Linebackers, and Running Backs, with programs designed to build technique, and confidence. In addition to football training, we offer speed, strength, and agility development for athletes of ALL SPORTS. TPL provides both group sessions and one-on-one training, along with recovery and mentorship, ensuring athletes are prepared to succeed in competition and in life. We proudly serve youth starting at age 6, up through high school, college, and professional athletes with tailored programs to meet each player’s goals.
