I am a certified Florida teacher with experience supporting elementary and middle school students, particularly those with ADHD, attention challenges, and executive functioning difficulties. Sessions focus on homework systems, planning, accountability, and reducing stress, with academic support. I specialize in helping students improve organization, reading comprehension, writing skills, study habits, and homework completion, while building confidence and independence. My approach focuses on breaking down assignments, creating routines, and teaching practical strategies that reduce overwhelm and increase follow-through. I also support students with educational gaps in foundational skills, including writing mechanics and basic math concepts such as multiplication, division, fractions, and math organization. This support is focused on strengthening core understanding and confidence, especially for students who have fallen behind or feel overwhelmed. I understand that many students with ADHD are capable and intelligent but struggle with focus, time management, motivation, and organization. I work closely with students to develop skills that support both academic success and emotional well-being. I partner with families to provide consistent, supportive academic guidance. Please note: I do not provide advanced or upper-level math tutoring.
