Appropriate for students in grades 1-12, Russell Coaching's Executive Functioning Skills Program provides one-on-one coaching and direct training to students and gives them a chance to begin developing the foundational skills that will serve as building blocks for higher level growth. As coaching continues, the student advances to higher level executive functioning skills, learning and study strategies, and social and emotional skills. This comprehensive Executive Functioning Skill Program is designed to increase student awareness, introduce skills through games and activities, and decrease student stress and family conflict. Students meet with their coach weekly, or twice weekly, to set and achieve goals and build skills in the context of a positive, encouraging, life-changing coaching relationship. Russell Coaching is the nation's leading provider of executive functioning coaching, with fourteen years of experience and coaches specifically trained in ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Learning Differences, and other neuro-developmental disorders. All of our coaches have 8-10 years of experience working with students and extensive training in complex students.
