Driven Leadership Success is a small business that provides leadership coaching, DISC assessments and consultation from Dr. Jen Halter, an award winning High School Principal and John Maxwell Certified Team Member in training, coaching and speaking. The two services that Driven Leadership Success provides for students and parents is two products: a student success report for students ages 12 and up to help students understand their leadership strengths, their personality traits, and a report for parents on how to support their child for student achievement. The second report is a Student Career Report that provides clarity for students by understanding their personality, the way they think and learn best, to recommend certain career pathways that would suit the child best. Students must be 16 and older to take this assessment. The report provides insight and clarity for both students and their parents on how to support their students as they get ready for their next steps.
