LaSala's Big "O" Dojo is a Christ Centered Mixed Martial Arts School. We incorporate the word of God in all areas of our martial arts school, including weekly bible study classes. Benefits of our dojo: 1. God first, through acts of service, biblical teaching and monthly memory verses 2. Self-defense, taught by a 6th degree master. Students will learn a variety of different break away techniques along with the ability to defend oneself standing and on the ground. 3. Leadership and teamwork skills; as students learn they will be given opportunities to help teach other students and work together for common goals. 4. Respect and courtesy of others and themselves. 5. They will also learn self control, focus, discipline, goal setting, health, fitness, strength, coordination, problem solving, self confidence, responsibility, culture, history and so much more!
