My Focus Mentor

My Focus Mentor provides accountability and academic support services focused on executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, goal setting, and initiating/completing tasks. We serve middle and high school students who need support staying focused and building effective study habits. Our services are especially beneficial for students with ADHD and those who struggle with procrastination or maintaining focus. Sessions (4x/week) include structured academic work time, goal-setting, and accountability check-ins to help students improve productivity and succeed in their coursework. We also use games, points, a leaderboard, and other rewards to motivate students to make it fun, which is extremely important for ADHD students who crave dopamine. My Focus Mentor supports where students are weak with no judgment, and focuses on their strengths to help them build confidence and find what works for them.
