We offer running programs for kids ages 1 and up in Tampa, Florida. Our 8-Week Empowerment Program Uses Games & Drills to Teach Running Fundamentals & Mindset Skills: We teach children how to set goals, push themselves, use competition to improve, handle disappointment, and always focus on doing their best. Our 9-10-Week 5k Training Helps Kids Go to the Next Level with Their Running: We work on proper warm-up and cool down, building up endurance, mindset, pacing strategies, and more to prepare everyone to run a 5k by the last class.
