Red Army Futbol provides elite, supplemental soccer training in Polk County, FL, designed to elevate a player's game alongside their regular club commitments. Founded and led by Coach Xavier—a former NCAA Division I athlete and professional soccer player—our program focuses on bridging the gap between club practices and elite-level mastery. We emphasize technical precision, rapid decision-making, game intelligence (IQ), and building a fierce competitive mentality. Populations Served: We serve highly motivated youth, high school, and competitive club players throughout the Winter Haven and greater Polk County areas who are serious about their development and aiming for high school, college, or professional play. Services Offered: Small Group Training: High-intention sessions focused on technical refinement, position-specific development, and building confidence. Team Training: High-intensity, game-based sessions designed to improve tactical problem-solving and decision-making at speed. High-Tempo Pick-Up Games: Unstructured, small-sided matches that foster creativity, flair, and game-day instincts. 1-on-1 Film Study: Video analysis calls to break down positioning, build soccer IQ, and review performance. Rise Through! App Integration: An interactive development app featuring live leaderboards and benchmarks to keep players motivated, disciplined, and accountable at home.
