Math tutoring: high school, college, middle school, including test prep (SAT, ACT, AP), calculus, pre-calc, algebra I and II, pre-algebra, trigonometry, geometry, statistics, data analysis, statistical programming in R. I provide individualized math tutoring. With over 25 years of experience and a UF math degree, I specialize in adapting my teaching methods and style to meet each student at their level in a comfortable and supportive dynamic, provide clear and useful teaching, and encourage improvement. I have experience with very high performing students preparing for top tier universities as well as students with processing difficulties, ASD, ADHD, and severe anxiety disorders. Listening to students and observing their learning gives me insight into what helps each individual learn; I strive to provide the best individualized help I can to each student. I have experience being the only instruction a student receives for an entire class, occasional drop-in sessions, and everything in between. I provide parents with a session report after every tutoring session, as well as a PDF of the work we did together. Sessions are one on one, remote only, and highly interactive. I am flexible, responsive, and here to help.
