I am a student-centered Elementary School Teacher with over 14 years of experience working in diverse and inclusive classroom settings. I am also deeply committed to optimizing student growth and learning outcomes for all students. In my experience, I have developed and delivered standards-based, creative lesson plans focused on student achievement. I am resourceful in adapting instructional strategies targeting unique student needs for students in the general education classroom, as well as students with exceptional needs using positive approaches and interventions to advance learner engagement and academic achievement.
