I have been a classroom teacher, an ESE teacher, and currently specialize in reading instruction for children with dyslexia and other reading based disabilities. I am a Florida certified teacher with a Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education from University of South Florida. My background is in the Montessori Method of Education, with extensive training in the Montessori method, materials, and philosophy as it relates to education. In 2017, I became a certified Phono-Graphix reading practitioner. In 2023 I graduated from the University of Florida with a graduate certification in Dyslexia Assessment and Intervention. PLEASE NOTE: My assessments are only for establishing where your child is at to start the intervention process. They are NOT an official state recognized assessment for evaluation purposes.
