Yeshá Taekwondo is a nonprofit martial arts program helping children build the strength, focus, and confidence to lead — both on and off the mat. For over 40 years, families across 10 Florida locations have trusted us for more than just a sport. Our Physical Education & Olympic-sanctioned Taekwondo program teaches kicking, sparring, self-defense, and board breaking, welcoming every student regardless of experience or ability. Parents often train alongside their children — and many say it changes them too. Within weeks, families notice better focus, improved respect, and follow-through. Over the three-year journey to Black Belt, students build mental toughness, emotional resilience, and servant leadership, marked by weekly classes, seminars, and AAU/USA Taekwondo competition.
