iAM ABLE is a nonprofit organization in Miami dedicated to helping children and young adults with neurological and physical disabilities build strength, confidence, and independence. We provide services through the Step Up Marketplace: • Adaptive Physical Education (P.E.) Fun, structured, and fully adaptive fitness and movement classes designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and endurance. These classes help students stay active, build confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits in a supportive environment. At iAM ABLE, every student is welcomed with compassion and supported with highly specialized care to help them reach their fullest potential—physically, emotionally, and socially.
