Focus Lounge Tampa Bay provides personalized academic and executive function coaching for students in grades 6 through college, as well as ADHD coaching for adults and parents. Our coaching sessions are designed to help students develop the practical skills and strategies needed to manage their academic workload effectively and build greater independence. We specialize in strengthening executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, task initiation, prioritization, planning, and sustained focus. Coaches work one-on-one with students to break down assignments, create structured study plans, develop effective note-taking and test preparation strategies, and build systems that support long-term academic success. Our team has extensive experience supporting students with ADHD, learning differences, and academic overwhelm. In addition to student coaching, we also offer parent coaching to help families implement supportive routines at home, and adult ADHD coaching focused on productivity, organization, and life management skills. Sessions are available in person at our Tampa locations or virtually, allowing us to support students and families throughout Florida.
