I am a bilingual Spanish Developmental Specialist for children ages 3 to 8. I teach positive behavioral strategies by observing and assessing children’s behavior, identifying areas for growth, and then designing individualized intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs. I work directly with children and caregivers to model effective interaction techniques, coach parents and teachers on evidence-based behavioral approaches, and facilitate workshops to support the implementation of positive strategies. Through consistent feedback, documentation, and collaboration, it helps children regulate emotions, develop social skills, and learn coping mechanisms to encourage lasting, constructive behavioral change. I also help families navigate the different scholarships offered.
