We offer hands on, fun, interactive boxing fitness programs geared towards children who love to move! Our services include but are not limited to building discipline, hand eye coordination drills, boxing and self-defense training, anti-bullying or what we like to call bully proof students as we build confidence. Children grab their boxing gloves and get fit through the sport of boxing. We start at 6 years old all the way up to 18 in the hillsborough and Polk county areas.
