Ascend is a physical education program for homeschoolers to stay healthy, improve strength and fitness, learn proper exercise techniques, and build confidence in their body and strength. Sessions are led by a certified Fitness Instructor to ensure proper form, safety, and the best experience possible. Ascend Fitness has been in business for 10 years and we believe in the preservation of family values, and are happy to assist in your mission to raise confident, strong, and virtuous kids in today's world. Our programs are organized by your child's age bracket and we offer flexible membership plans.
