Parkour is the sport of navigating obstacles, using only one's body. I am the sole owner of Sethinmotion LLC, a company dedicated to teaching this sport to the next generation of children. I have a car which I fill with obstacle equipment such as mats, wooden blocks and swinging bars. I teach these classes at various locations through Palm Beach and Broward Counties. My students learn to safely, jump, land, climb and swing during class. Besides the simple joy and freedom practicing parkour affords, students will improve their running speed, upper body strength, foot/hand coordination and self confidence.
