Offering Physical Education through Sports and Weight Training Classes designed with homeschool families in mind, PRO423 is passionate about helping students grow in physical strength, mental toughness, and Godly character in a supportive, faith-filled environment. Physical Education through Competitive Sports: These classes will focus on traditional sport goals like improving coordination, agility, teamwork and overall fitness - while also introducing students to competing in a variety of exciting sports. The sports will include: Flag Football, Soccer, Bama ball, Ultimate Frisbee, 7 on 7 Football, and Baseball/Wiffle Ball Weight Training: Introducing student-athletes to the benefits of strength training, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Focused on building solid foundations, this offering emphasizes proper technique, body awareness, and balanced development to prepare athletes as well as non athletes for long-term success in sport, fitness, and long term health. Our approach emphasizes safety, reduces the risk of injury, and focuses on achieving real, measurable progress. This class is taught by a certified high school weight training coach. This is a great option for older students who are competing in high school sports or looking to increase overall strength for life
