CORE Confidence is a 12-week, highly personalized coaching program designed to help middle and high school students build the executive functioning skills they need to succeed in school—and beyond. Rather than focusing on content tutoring alone, CORE Confidence targets the root skills that drive success: organization, time management, task initiation, follow-through, self-advocacy, and confidence. Each student works closely with a coach to clarify goals, create systems that actually work for their brain, and practice habits that stick. Students receive individualized coaching, structured accountability, and consistent mentorship in a supportive, strengths-based environment. Small group sessions build shared language and skills, while personalized check-ins ensure each student’s plan reflects their unique needs. Students also have access to Office Hours, where tutors and mentors can support work in Math, Science, English, and History while reinforcing executive functioning strategies—not replacing them with quick fixes. This is intentional: CORE Confidence is a skills-based program that teaches students how to learn, plan, and persist, not just how to get through tonight’s homework. Parents are kept in the loop with clear communication, guidance, and opportunities for collaboration, so progress extends beyond sessions into daily life. The result isn’t just better grades—it’s a student who feels capable, organized, and confident navigating school and growing independence.
