We are a true, safe and private one stop shop athlete facility that is dedicated to athletic adaptation, overall health and progressing strength & conditioning education through integrated moral, ethical and replicable scientific methods designed to enhance 8 of the human systems. Our homeschool and virtually schooled athletes come to our facility each day for a nonstop complete day including on site tutoring to facilitate virtual school work, strength and movement performance training, skills specific work for which ever sport they play, customized nutrition, and recovery work including ice bath, red light and the recovery boot system.
