This is a family-oriented environment that has provided the highest level of Taekwondo in the Kissimmee and St. Cloud area for more than 35 years. Everything we do is about allowing entire families to train and experience the benefits of martial arts. their children improve their physical fitness, self-defense skills, and character while learning the Five Tenets of Taekwondo. This is a great way to develop skills both physically and mentally. Our curriculum consists of activities in strength training, cardio, aerobics, flexibility, and meditation that will greatly benefit your mind and body. Our Lil’ Dragons program is designed for children ages 3, 4 & 5 years of age. We offer three preschool Taekwondo classes per week. It is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving children’s basic motor and listening skills. These skills help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They become better students in school, better listeners at home, and more ambitious towards the future. We believe that the time between the ages of four and six are the most important years of a child’s development. Our program enhances positive development in a fun and motivating way. Our Juniors program (6 to 12 yr old) is designed to help kids round out as people and martial artists. They are taught lessons and skills that can help make them better siblings, students, and future leaders. This is the beginning of our self-defense training at Emmons’ Taekwondo Academy
