Welcome to TEAM Praise Force! TEAM Praise Force is a faith-based Taekwondo program located in Auburndale, dedicated to building strong bodies, confident minds, and future leaders. Serving students from preschool through adulthood—beginner to advanced—we provide high-quality martial arts instruction in a safe, structured, and uplifting environment. Since 2002, our family-owned program has helped families across the community grow through the art and science of Taekwondo. Our classes focus on developing discipline, focus, confidence, physical fitness, and character. In addition to technical training, we intentionally incorporate faith-based values, including prayer and Bible-based encouragement, to support the whole child. TEAM Praise Force has proudly trained over 30 Black Belts and numerous state and national champions. Our Black Belts are Kukkiwon-certified and internationally recognized, and students are taught using World Taekwondo Federation poomsae and sparring systems. We serve a diverse range of learners and are especially known for creating a “safe and happy” environment where students thrive. Our program also supports families seeking structured physical activity, character development, and enrichment opportunities that build life skills beyond the mat. As an active member of the community, we have participated in outreach events and demonstrations for local organizations and are a registered vendor with Polk County Public Schools.
