Hudson Valley Swim provides a Learn to Swim Program that helps people of all ages feel safe, confident, and comfortable in the water. We serve babies as young as 4 months old including individuals with special needs. Our program is welcoming and inclusive, with a strong focus on creating a positive and supportive experience for every swimmer. Our swim program runs year-round and is offered in six eight-week sessions. Classes meet once per week for 30 minutes, providing consistent instruction while remaining flexible for families and participants. We offer age-appropriate classes designed to meet swimmers where they are. Babies and toddlers are introduced to the water through gentle, engaging experiences that focus on comfort, safety, and caregiver involvement. Swimmers ages 3 and older are placed in beginner, intermediate, or advanced classes, allowing them to build skills at their own pace. Lessons emphasize water safety, basic swim skills, stroke development, and confidence in the water, encouraging lifelong enjoyment of swimming.
