My name is Mrs. Audrey Bullock I am an Exceptional Student Educator with experience teaching students with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Gifted and General Education students. I teach core academic subjects which include Reading, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social and Emotional Learning, and Social Sciences. I am currently teaching at Edison Park K-8 Center in Miami, Florida. I enjoy structuring the academic, social, and emotional development of students with exceptional needs as well as students that are struggling with their core subject areas. My purpose is to advocate, collaborate, and provide innovative instruction based on the counties pacing guide tailored to meet the needs of students with various learning styles. A good indicator to begin instruction with is the child’s district iReady Diagnostic Math/Reading levels. This tool lets teachers know which domain areas in reading and math to begin intervention and instruction. With the parents permission, this information will be obtained from the child's teacher to begin tutoring instruction in addition, to obtaining information from the parent to be used to begin instruction. A variety of interactive programs will be used to make learning fun and address the various learning styles of students. (Visual,Kinesthetic, Auditory, Reading/Writing).
