HR14 Baseball Academy, founded and directed by professional player and former MLB player Henry Ramos, is a premier player development program that combines elite baseball training, education, and character growth. Our mission is to develop student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom through a structured, professional, and supportive environment. The academy’s advanced division, The Lab by HR14, delivers high-level training focused on biomechanics, data analytics, and player performance using technologies such as Trackman, used in all MLB and NCAA programs. We are proud to be the only academy in Central Florida with Trackman. Athletes receive position-specific instruction and a strength and conditioning program led by a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, emphasizing strength, mobility, and injury prevention. We are also developing (future project) on-site classrooms to support students enrolled in online academic programs (e.g., Florida Virtual School), providing qualified tutors to ensure academic success and accountability. HR14 also operates travel teams from 8U through 13U, providing competitive opportunities and early player development. The Lab by HR14 serves as the advanced individual performance program, designed to elevate athletes to their highest potential through professional-level. Through this model, HR14 creates a pathway for players to reach collegiate and professional levels while maintaining educational excellence.
