JJ Grappling Arts is martial arts school providing instruction primarily in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as Kickboxing, Judo and wrestling, to students ages 3 and up. We offer a variety of group classes, separated by age and/or skill levels. We offer competition opportunities for students who are interested in pursuing competition. Private and Semi-Private Lessons are also available. All necessary uniforms and equipment are available for purchase on site. Located in Hialeah Gardens right off I-75, so centrally located in the North Dade and South Broward areas, close to Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Miami Gardens and Miramar. Free Trials available! BJJ Classes are lead primarily by Sensei Jimmy, who brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience, holding both IBJJF Jiu Jitsu and IJF Judo Black Belts. Sensei Jimmy brings 25+ years experience just in teaching kids in Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Submission Grappling. Our Kickboxing program is lead by Coach Armando Quintana who also brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience, playing an instrumental part in the growth and development of Cuban Kickboxing through international competitions, and highly regarded in WAKO. We put heavy emphasis on strong fundamentals, developing character and confidence, and believe every child should be given the opportunity to grow and develop in a sport they are passionate about, not just the naturals.
