I believe that a capable body is the platform in which a bright mind has the confidence to express itself. With Spencer Adkin’s Youth Fitness you get access to two separate services. The first is a physical education session for ages 6-13 with the focus of building a young active body that can move functionally with coordination and skill. The second service carters to students that have a niche for football. The goal is to help young athletes hone their skills to be able to compete at a high level on their youth teams, prepare for high school football, and earn athletic scholarships to college.
