Peace for Kids clubs offer a supportive and inclusive group therapy environment for children and teens to develop essential well-being skills, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections. Through evidence-based techniques and a neurodivergent-affirming approach, we empower participants to improve the three pillars of their psychological flexibility: Open— Skillfully relate to their inner world, Aware— Present moment awareness, Action—Use values to guide action. Peace for Kids clubs meet weekly (for 50 mins) in a group of up to 5 similarly-aged kids.
