The Refuge Equestrian Center

The Refuge Equestrian Center exists to provide children with classes and events focused on developing horsemanship skills. Students will benefit from learning about horses while growing in character development, leadership, working in teams, communication, responsibility, and physical fitness while developing lifelong practical skills. Lessons taught include-Horse Agility Club, horse safety, horsemanship, grooming, horse care, basic equine health, equine anatomy/science, horseback riding, training, ground work, etc. All of this is provided in a fun, safe, hopefilled and encouraging environment that builds confidence.
