At Mindset Movement Academy, we offer a holistic enrichment experience that supports children’s physical, social, and personal development. Our programs integrate brain based movements with story-based mindset lessons to equip kids with practical tools for confidence, goal setting, perseverance, and responsible decision-making. We serve children through: Group Enrichment (3 hrs, 1x/week): In a co-op-style format, children participate in yoga, brain-based movement games, and engaging stories that teach essential life skills such as managing mistakes, overcoming fear, developing self-talk, and building resilience. Interactive activities reinforce these concepts and encourage real-world application. One-on-One Sessions: Customized to each child’s individual needs, these sessions focus on mindset development through story-driven lessons and discussion, helping children strengthen self-awareness, confidence, and problem-solving strategies. Our programs are ideal for homeschooling families or anyone seeking enrichment that prioritizes mindset growth, personal development, and movement—all combined in one comprehensive experience.
