Marcio Cruz Dade City Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (MCDC) At MCDC, we bring world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to kids (ages 3–14) and adults (15+). Whether in the gi or no-gi, our students train Monday through Friday in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment. Our coaching goes beyond technique. Students receive attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable instruction, while also learning the mental and philosophical side of martial arts—what we call the black belt mentality. For competitors, we provide dedicated coaching both in the academy and at tournaments, helping students grow on and off the mats.
