Dynamic, passionate, and experienced special education teacher available to help your child with academic, social emotional, and executive functioning needs. I bring to the table 15 years of classroom experience grades k-12. I have worked with students that have disabilities such as: autism, ADHD, dyslexia, auditory processing deficit, hearing and visually impaired, emotional disturbance, and dysgraphia. My passion is working with students with special needs because I have a handicapped cousin that I adore. I have grown to appreciate the education she has received that improves the quality of all of our lives. Below you will find my education background: Pace University- Bachelors in Psychology(2007) Manhattanville College- Masters in Education(2009) Sacred Heart University- Reading Specialist Certificate(test pending)
