Pawsitively Pilates offers fun and engaging PE and enrichment classes that combine beginner- friendly Pilates with puppy interaction in a fun, stress-free environment. Students improve core strength, balance, posture, flexibility, and overall physical wellness. Students will also learn about pet care, empathy and responsibility through positive interaction with our puppies. We serve homeschool students and scholarship families ages 10 and up. Our program is ideal for students of all fitness levels, encouraging movement, mindfulness, compassion for animals and social connection while helping students develop healthy habits for life.
