Provider description

I provide lacrosse training with a primary focus on goalie development, while also offering defensive fundamentals and overall lacrosse IQ training. My coaching emphasizes strong technique, efficient footwork, positioning, communication, and in-game decision making. In addition to goalie-specific work, I help players build defensive habits, understand team concepts, and read the game at a higher level. I work with youth and high school athletes of all skill levels
