Hudson Valley Swim provides high-quality swim instruction focused on water safety, confidence, and skill development for children of all abilities and needs. We serve preschool (4months+) through teen swimmers, from beginners learning basic water safety to advanced swimmers refining strokes and endurance. Hudson Valley Swim also supports children with special needs, learning differences, sensory sensitivities, or anxiety around water. Lessons are taught in small groups or individualized settings by trained instructors in a safe, supportive environment. Swimming promotes physical development, confidence, and independence, making our programs a valuable educational service for families using SUFS funds.
