Wesley Wells Farms
Provider description
Wesley Wells Farm offers hands-on agricultural education experiences through homeschool days and seasonal farm camps designed to help children understand where their food comes from and how farms operate. Students participate in interactive learning stations across the farm that introduce topics such as livestock care, crop production, pollination, and the farm-to-table process. Children may observe and interact with animals including pigs, cattle, chickens, and horses while learning about responsible animal care and sustainable farming practices. Activities often include collecting eggs, feeding animals, planting or harvesting crops, and participating in engaging farm-themed games and demonstrations. Our farm camps expand on these experiences through multi-day programs where campers participate in daily farm chores, gardening, outdoor exploration, and basic horsemanship while developing confidence, responsibility, and an appreciation for agriculture. Both programs emphasize experiential learning that allows children to see, touch, and actively participate in real farm activities while fostering curiosity, stewardship of the land, and a deeper understanding of the role farms play in feeding our communities.
