The Art of Peace Practice, LLC offers mindfulness-based art enrichment programs designed to support the whole child through creativity, social-emotional learning, and self-discovery. Services include elective courses, after-school enrichment, summer programs, and small-group experiences that help children build emotional regulation skills, resiliency, self-awareness, confidence, and healthy coping strategies through engaging art activities and reflective practices. Programs are designed for elementary and middle school-aged students and may include topics such as understanding emotions, mindfulness, stress management, friendship skills, growth mindset, creativity, and self-expression. Parent education and support opportunities may also be available. Led by Atabeyra Acosta, a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner (non-clinical) with experience in elementary education, The Art of Peace Practice provides nurturing, strengths-based learning experiences where children can create, connect, and grow.
