Welcome to our specialized learning pod designed for 6th-12th grade students with and without an IEP/504 up to level 2. We provide a structured, supportive environment tailored to help students succeed in their Florida Virtual School (FLVS) Flex coursework while developing essential life and workplace skills. Our hybrid program serves both Personalized Education Program (PEP) and Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA) students. Academically, our qualified staff offers part-time tutoring and instructional support, acting as on-site facilitators to keep students on track with their virtual courses, assignments, and test preparation. Beyond core academics, we specialize in comprehensive workforce readiness and self-advocacy training. Through hands-on workshops and job coaching, students learn vital pre-employment skills, career exploration strategies, resume building, and workplace communication. We place a strong emphasis on self-advocacy, teaching students how to understand their learning styles, articulate their needs, and navigate future professional environments with confidence. Our physical learning space is fully insured, and all instructional staff maintain cleared Level 2 background checks and verified educational credentials. We partner with families to build an individualized blueprint for independence, academic success, and a seamless transition into the workforce.
