Pathways in Motion is an elective enrichment course developed and delivered by Gorgeous TruckHers. The course provides age‑appropriate, optional learning experiences designed to introduce participants to career pathways in transportation, logistics, roadway safety, and workforce opportunity. The course focuses on building career awareness, confidence, leadership skills, representation, and informed decision‑making through career exploration and safety education. Participants engage in instructor‑led sessions, guided discussions, interactive activities, and supervised learning experiences that expose them to real‑world career options and expectations within the transportation industry and related fields. Pathways in Motion serves youth, teens, young adults, and adults through multiple program tracks tailored to different age groups and life stages.
