Provider description
This physical education program integrates age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based self-defense and traditional martial arts character principles to support the development of physical fitness, movement competency, and personal well-being. Students also develop knowledge of physical fitness, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices. Classes for K through 6 are offered three days a week for 50 minutes. Classes are divided into K to 3 and grades 3 to 6. K-3 is offered Monday Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30 to 11:20. Grades 3-6 is offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30 to 12:20. Students may wear athletic clothes on Monday and Wednesday for No gi lessons and will wear a traditional gi for Friday lessons. Grades 7-12 are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:30 to 1:20 on the same no gi and gi schedule. Alternatively, Grades 7-12 can train in evening and weekend teens/adults classes with parental supervision. Please see the website for class times. Monthly tuition is $120 for one student, $225 for two students, and $325 for three or more students.
