Here at Skillgility, we provide engaging skills and agility programs for preschoolers and primary school aged children. Our goal is to help every child build essential movement foundations, while keeping the experience fun and exciting! With our program, children gain the tools they need for future team sports and everyday life. Through our adaptive skills and agility program, children learn and strengthen their gross-motor skills, agility/ balance, social interaction/ team building, hand-eye coordination, cognitive development, physical development, and confidence and self-esteem. Kids and families enjoy our sessions because we turn play into progress!
