My gym offers parent participation and independent classes for children from 3 months to 10 years old. The classes are designed to be engaging; the youngsters are elated as they sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, take turns on special rides, and have "Surprise Time!" The older children's classes are independent, with their teachers on the gym floor, while parents can watch from the lobby or drop off their children. This is a huge milestone we don't take lightly, as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum. There is a class for everyone, big or small! Preschool Prep( 2- 5 years old) As experts in early child development, we understand the impact preschool or pre-kindergarten education has on children's emotional, social, and cognitive development. In our commitment to educating the whole child, we now offer the "My Gym Preschool Prep Program. The Program focuses on imparting children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond. Ninja Jr. (3.25-5 years old) classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are mentally and physically challenged while developing a strong, confident mindset that they carry inside and outside the gym!
