Speech Blossom Wellness helps children and families strengthen communication, confidence, and connection through evidence-based speech therapy and wellness-focused programs. Led by Kristy Richardson, M.S., CCC-SLP, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), the practice combines over 20 years of clinical experience with mindfulness, movement, and body awareness to promote lasting growth. Our approach blends individualized and small-group speech therapy with mindful, wellness-based strategies that support speech, language, and social communication skills. Children gain not only clearer communication but also confidence, focus, and self-regulation. In addition to therapy, we offer Namaste and Say, a yoga- and mindfulness-based wellness program designed to nurture language, social wellness, and emotional balance. Through small-group intensives, social dyads, and private sessions, children learn to communicate with ease, connect with others, and carry calm into daily life. Speech Blossom Wellness serves families throughout Florida via teletherapy and in-person sessions in the Oviedo/Orlando area.
