Luminous Heart Kids Homeschool Wellness & Yoga is a weekly physical education program designed for homeschool children ages 7–12. Through age-appropriate yoga, mindful movement, breathing techniques, balance activities, flexibility training, cooperative games, and mindfulness practices, students develop strength, coordination, body awareness, confidence, and healthy movement habits in a fun and supportive environment. Each month features a unique theme that encourages physical development while fostering emotional well-being, resilience, teamwork, and self-confidence. Classes provide an engaging opportunity for homeschool students to build lifelong healthy habits through movement, play, and connection. All classes are conducted in person in the Englewood, Florida area.
